Каждая из моделей предлагается в алюминиевом корпусе, толщина которого составляет 9,4 мм у CP-F1L и 12,9 мм у CP-F2L.При этом CP-F1L весит 125 г и имеет ёмкость 3500 мАч, а CP-F2L весит 198 г и отличается не только большей ёмкостью, равной 7000 мАч, но и способностью питать энергией сразу два «изголодавшихся» аппарата.
Уже известно, что продажи Sony CP-F1L и Sony CP-F2L начались в Европе.
